1. Rinse the tip; fit the tip slightly loose, don’t over tight
2. Wet the tooth surface
   Ultrasonic tips work best on wet teeth (reduces heat and helps debris lift). Sip water or dab with a wet cotton swab.
3. Set low power
   Start on the lowest level. You can increase later if comfortable.
4. Hold & angle
   Hold it like a pen. Keep the tip at a 30–45° angle to the tooth surface. Do not press hard ,let the vibration do the work.
5. Short, gentle strokes
   Glide the tip with light contact for 2–3 seconds per spot, then move on.
6. Keep the tip moving; don’t dwell on one area
7. Focus on stain/tartar spots (behind lower front teeth, molars)
8. Rinse & check
   Rinse your mouth and the tip often. Use your tongue to feel for smoothness,that’s the sign you’re done.
9. Aftercare
   Rinse with water or mouthwash. Brush normally (or use your U-shaped brush) and finish with fluoride toothpaste.
