- We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. In certain situations where an item is temporarily out of stock in our primary warehouse, we may fulfil the order directly through one of our verified third-party suppliers (“dropshipping”) to avoid cancellation and ensure order completion.
  
  As a result, delivery times may be extended. Estimated delivery timeframes are typically 10–15 business days, and in some cases may take up to 20 business days, depending on supplier processing times, carrier operations, and destination.
  
  By completing a purchase, the customer:
  - Acknowledges and agrees to these potential extended delivery timeframes
  - Confirms that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete
  - Understands that tracked delivery confirmation provided by the carrier (including tracking updates and delivery photographs, where available) will be used as evidence of delivery
  We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.
  
  If a customer experiences a delivery issue, they must contact us promptly so we can investigate and assist before initiating a payment dispute.
